Surely not? They’ll absolutely be looking to sign Greenfield up again and if they ride him like they have this season, he’d see no game time. Especially as they seem to sit the import NM for the extra skater.
Agreed. Netminding is definitely not the problem in Sheffield. Kozun deserves a starter spot in the league but I can't see it being at Sheffield

Given how well he's played against them in the past, over wondered whether he might end up with the flames. Their netminding seems solid too though. Panthers?

Maybe yes, Panthers netminding has been erratic all season and you could see yesterday why Giants traded Jones for Besko. I would imagine Flames would try to keep who they have got.

I’ve heard rumours that both panthers import goalies are leaving so would make sense for them to look at Kozun. Also heard rumours that Kozun has signed in Europe for next year

Understandable that Taran might want a starting no1 goalie position whether here or in Europe. He deserves it, he has played very well this season.

Will be disappointed to see Taran go, if true. The dilemma the Devils have is that Bowns is British - when he plays, it allows the team to play another import outskater. If Taran plays, IIRC they would have to rest another import and replace with an extra Brit.....which we haven't got.

It is a very patient import goalie (especially when he deserves more games) who can accept being rested when a British goalie is played.

To put our team in a position to win something next season, our Team are either going to need a clear No1 game-changing import goalie.....or Bownsey is going to have to play (like he can) at his very best every game, supported by an excellent defence.

That's not true... Whether Bowns plays or not Kozun is still part of the Import count as he is on the Bench as a back-up. The extra import was only possible when we had the Bowns/Murdy tandem!
