Flawless possibly but we play in a 10 team division so not much need after a while. It can't be that hard of a job to employ someone full time to do, get a decent assistant in to support the in ice side of it and am sure they would be capable of watching a video of Coventry danger men and how to play against them for the 100th time
An assistant coach can have many roles. What happens at game time is the tip of the iceberg. Sometimes a coach needs someone to watch specific aspects at game time. Genuine question: What is it that that you feel is needed in the role of assistant that we're lacking?
