It seems fair, he wouldn't move as was established in Edinburgh & they wanted someone that could live in Dundee & commit further.

To be fair Neilson has won 9 major trophies in 9 seasons and Adams has won 2 in 10 years. I think Neilson is owed a bit of loyalty off that return.
