Valiant effort by the boys. We need to keep playing with a chip on our shoulder. That intensity and physicality should be part of who we are - it’s the minimum expectation but it’s been missing for big chunks of this season.
Oh I’m not saying we would have taken advantage of these extra PP’s we’ve deserved. But in footballing terms it’s as if we are viewed by the refs as an unfashionable lower league team that don’t deserve the same treatment as the other sides.
Well the devils got exactly what they deserved from this weekend - nothing. Utterly unprepared and disorganised. All of our problems came home to roost and the fig leaf we might have hung on the season is gone.
