So after all that it turns out Phil is looking forward to playing in Scotland this weekend.

Still I think this thread has served other purposes.

Was told this yesterday by a pretty good source.

Was just as shocked/gutted as anyone would be.

Stressed that cook has been the best keeper i have seen this season, but not sure how good lacosta was and how much his concussion has affected his performances.

Also stressed that kamil so far is no better or no worse than cook on current viewing.

Hopefully this doesn't materielise as i like cook a lot.

I think Cook has done very well in a very short period, and under difficult circumstances. Certainly think the fans have taken to him, and he has shown Devils Determination and Passion by the bucketload. Hope he stays think it would be a mistake to do anything otherwise.

Cook is an exciting goalie to watch. Not the best and I think the new guy looks better technically but I'd be happy with Cook back next year
