So what happens next? Do they have to wait for people to object etc or can they start digging soon?

I haven't posted on here since whenever but I can't let this opportunity go by without thanking everyone at SORAC for what they have done for South Wales, the city of Cardiff and most important of all - the Cardiff Devils (and associated teams).
