Must be me sorry guys. Every time I buy a webcast it doesn't work. That said, my laptop suggested that the page wasn't safe but I had to continue anyway.

Techie answer is: it's down to the file they get from the server telling them where to fetch the live feed from not containing the location of the feed, so your browser doesn't know where to look.

That's not the official response from them, but I work with this stuff - so short answer is yes it's down to them to fix

Always said the casts were a waste of time and not value for money. Never really had any issues with the Giants one though, but this is just silly.
