At the dinner and game I myself referring to the Devils in the past tense when taking about the videos and general atmosphere. It worried me that I was thinking as if that club didn't exist anymore.
The club in the current state has issues, but fans and the atmosphere from the past can and will return once those issues are sorted.

Could be exciting times if certain people keep hope in their hearts. :pickle

I think I can clarify: the winning bid prices as stated above are not entirely accurate. Some are misstated a little too high and a few others are lower than their final bids, with one shirt being £50 lower than its final, paid amount.

All that said, I'd like to thank all the bidders and everyone who helped out at the auction for making it a massive success - special nod to Paul Sullivan who was, as usual, excellent on the microphone as auctioneer. Similarly, a huge shout out goes to Viv, Josh and Tony who helped with SOHB - we raised a whopping £719 on the night, made possible by the goodwill of everyone who bought tickets.

It was a fabulous evening; great atmosphere, lots of fun and a chance to catch up so many fans who have been absent from games for varying periods of time.

I think the point Tiger is trying to make is that the list Jody posted was sent to me, by Tiger and passed on. Stole his thunder and all that.

Mis stating financial figures on cash in hand sales? I would say that list is completely fictional from an unofficial source wouldn't you. ;)

Indeed ;) - the above figures are incorrect for a fair percentage of the shirts and Jody's list is entirely unofficial. I have the official list and all prices are accurately logged there (and no, before anyone asks, I will not be publishing it on here).

Is the right answer.
