Won't be many teams beating Guildford 6-2 in their own barn this season. Great result and even better that JC gets a brace and MOM. Will work wonders for his confidence.

A great weekend for the Devils against a hardworking team that causes problems. Well done Guys. Especially the away result... always difficult at the Spectrum.
Finally seeing some chemistry amongst the lines. With Dixon and Big Lou back and our two new players settling in, hopefully this bodes well for confidence and stability now.

Amazing result, looks like we are getting back on TRACK, that result is sending out a message big time, Devils are back, well played lads more of the same please, not many teams will go into Guildford and perform like that. Well played and thank you.

Very good result, especially considering McNally and Crandall were absent. Obviously, Coughler getting a couple is a big boost and Carruth once again solid.

Big week coming up for the organisation with Welsh Gov review of crowd restrictions set to take place. Without going off topic, this is probably more important than results on the ice - fingers crossed further support is made available.

Blimey Charlie, what's going on? 2 new players and 1 new year the roller coaster keeps on chugging!!!!
We started in Alton Towers, got a thrill. Then we went to Lego Land, bit blah. Moved onto Barry Direland, got a dodgy Kebab. Porthcawl Pleasure park we started to get a feel for fear. Next month Disneyland Paris and then Orlando..........

That’s a great win. Anybody on here go tonight? Flattering result or did we deserve it? Getting in the changing rooms at 1–1 after being outshot 16-4 in the first was vital. Guildford conceding 6 at home is very rare. I always expect a 2-1 or a 3-2 scoreline to either side when we play in Guildford.
Yes I was there, along with an estimated 200 plus Cardiff Devil's supporters who made good noise and chants to support the on ice team.
It was an excellent game IMO. Both sides fast and physical. Period 1 dominated by Flames after a quick goal before we had finished singing our anthem !
Period 2 Cardiff replied with with a quick goal before all the Guildford fans were back from the toilets ha ha. But the period was pretty equal.
Period 3 IMO dominated by the Devils. forwards competing hard in the corners against bigger opposition, resulting in 3 well worked goals. Lots of good individual performances tonight. Benny, Reid, Dixon to name a few. Also the newbies Mcnalty and Couchler. Great assets on tonights performances. Just a great result and support all round tonight.

I like many want to debate this but you are right, it would be off topic. So I have started a thread on the general forum. http://www.the-inferno.co.uk/forum/...eford-omicron-crowd-restriction-debate.12948/

If Drakeford makes the wrong decision again maybe the red army should arrange a mass fan away trip of 500 plus departing from the welsh assembly building as a protest (legally of course).
