I'm assuming if you're unable to make it, the tickets can be cancelled and your money refunded? Going to give the desk a ring anyway but does anyone happen to know if there is a cut off date/time for cancelling and claiming money back??
you've probably already rang but i'll post this for anyone else interested, tickets can be refunded up until face off, i was told that when i collect my tickets i can get a refund on one.
