It's starting to look very desperate with Richardson and now possibly Kenton Smiths injuries.

Can't remember him missing any shifts. Though for some reason at face-offs in the third period he was on the wing and someone else (usually Tylor) on the point.

Let's hope we have something to tempt that guy to choose us over his other offer! I'll be keeping an Eye on Elite Prospects to see if any D men sign for a big team in Europe to see who it could be. Unless of course someone tells him Cardiff is the best place in the World to play hockey

Well at least it is encouraging that we are trying to sign players that G reckons would have been his best signing ever.

There are several guys out there at the moment who are free agents with AHL experience. Some even with NHL experience. If we were just after a defenceman I think it would be quick to sign someone - but as we need a physical player who can fight too I think we might need to be a bit more pickier and it'll take more time than we would prefer.
