The Conti cup is the only thing I'm looking forward to because we get a trip and we're more than capable of winning it. If we do we're in the CHL next year so there's that bonus also.

Ducs have just sacked their coach.

Translated from French by
| Mario Richer Since the start of the season, certain points of divergence have been highlighted between the coach and his team. After hearing both parties, the sports management took the decision to lay off the coach .

Tsk, what sort of an organisations does that just before the playoffs for a cup?

You sure it wasn't for wearing a padded waistcoat under a suit jacket ? I know they're French, but standards
Unforgiveable.
There were clearly behind the scenes issues but it is a ..... bold.... decision. Les Ducs are genuine contenders for the title which is a big surprise. It will be fascinating to see if it works out for them. Their remaining games in 2022 are all very winnable (Anglet, Bordeaux, Chamonix and Mulhouse) so any dropped points are likely to reflect badly on the players who appear have forced the coach out.

Angers are comfortably placed third in their league only 5 points behind Grenoble, in the final of a European tournament and they part ways with their Coach, must a be a major problem there. Makes you wonder what a coach in our league would have to do before they're let go ;)

@Ger-Devils - When you say Time TBC but will be posted on your page for ticket collection, which page is that? And do you mean B4 the 1st game (16:30) or the 1st Devils game (20:00)?
