Why can't I send any PM's ?

I had a few problems with the pc. Hotmail was loading and kept refreshing but nothing on the screen, unable to log in to an account where I buy from and obviously the pm problem here. Cleared the, cookies/history/temp files, cleared the SSL state, optimized the internet explorer and reset it

Kind of what I expected - clear all the rubbish out and let it go from scratch.

Out of interest, is this an issue for those using IE only? I have never seen it in Firefox, but as I run Linux I can't try IE.

Doing it again?Wish I could use my PM.Sorry to anybody that has PM'd me,I am not being rude in not replying and it's not for lack of trying!
