Where's the best place to sit at Nottingham obvs we only get 1/2/3 but what block and height is the best?

If you want to sit with Devils fans then you will have to wait until Nottingham release which blocks are allocated to Cardiff. That is not likely to happen before next year.
Personally don't like to go much higher than row P but sometimes it is out of our control.
One year I was in the first row behind the plexi alongside the goal and was not too pleased - but in the end I thoroughly enjoyed it.
