Verbal abuse of officials

Because we’re paying to watch our kids play every game? Riiiiiiight.

Chirping is a part of hockey. It’s a part of pro sport, full stop. If a ref is unduly influencing the outcome of a game then he/she *will* get a few chirps their way. If they can’t hack it then it is *them* that should be taking a look in the mirror.

Some people are obviously a bit over-sensitive.

There is a subtle difference between chirping and abuse Penarth Follower is right - we do need to look at ourselves but lets never stop chirping

Not sure I’ve ever heard ‘abuse’ directed towards an official...but happy to be educated.
