What a leader Thommo is. Zero accountability on him. He’s ridden a squad that G put together for four years seeing them gradually decline to the point they all left. Now he’s been able to finally put his mark on to the Sheffield Steelers he’s just getting found gravely wanting. As mentioned previously if he acknowledged he had to rebuild and this year would be about settling in a new generation of Steelers then most would accept it but he let his arrogance get the better of him and gave of delusions of success. He is an awful coach in his outlook to what the players should be doing. It’s your team. Systems and tactics are getting found out in comparison to other coaches at the top of this league and as for motivating your team. Well he’s a man management parody of what not to do. I’ll be shocked if players don’t start walking out on him soon rather than him giving the chance to throw them under the orange bus. I know what i’d be telling my agent.
