Why bring in an untested import? Bayley Harewood is waiting in the wings and will only get better. The elite league and its tradition of constantly bringing in imports is the reason that GB hockey doesnt get developed.

If their British, what’s the problem, if we had a college system on par with other countries we wouldn’t need to, we don’t, so why discriminate against a British person who happened to grow up in a better development system.

Pretty good actually, too early to say but he could be a good addition to our team, the other lad Kelly if that’s his name also had a good night.

Interesting to watch and it kinda shifts the focus from 'an extra body to cover injury or give us depth' to giving a young guy his first pro contract and seeing what he can do. Listening to the work he's put in just to get to this stage and balancing it with his education makes you realise how much it takes to play pro even at our level

Looking back at the San Diego Gulls of 04-05, when his favorite player Billy Tibbetts was playing and he would have been watching Sylvain Deschatelets, Mike Garrow & Max Birbraer. Colin Shields was there too. Doug MacIver was there the following year. We sure liked recruiting ex-Gulls.
