What a great interview. How refreshing it is to listen to a coach who doesn't just fill an interview with clichés. I was convinced he was the right guy when we brought him in. The more I see if him, the more convinced I am. I'm buzzing for Saturday now.

Great interview as you say, it’s such a joy to listen to someone who knows what they are talking about. He is so interesting to listen to, and talks so much sense, we have a real leader at last. This should be a great entertaining season for sure and the league looks a lot stronger.

Whenever I listen to him talk I always think ‘I wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of him’. I’m sure he’s a lovely bloke an’ all but he seems focussed, driven and could issue the hair dryer treatment without a moments thought!
