Was it not Kenton Smith who scored the penalty shot to knock Belfast out of last year's play-off semi-final?

Poor Chris Whitely (apparently it's Chris, not Richard) has faced two now since he arrived. I blame the Inferno for tempting fate by asking him about it in their interview with him. Could you not have asked him what happens if he's bored because his team are ahead by so many goals?!?

Kenton scored a fantastic penalty shot against Giants in the Playoffs last season. But maybe our Dmen do not want to take shots this year.

I've been more impressed with our penalty shots this season. Didn't we go through a phase where we went without scoring any penalty shots at all over an extended period

Some teams have specialist penalty takers like Eric Werner for Panthers and Colin Shields for Giants. We dont have that luxury.......and taking a penalty is nowhere near as easy as it may seem. So many factors involved.

I think you might find Francis for Panthers and Peacock for Giants have been doing the business on a regular basis for both these teams
