Panthers gas Coach

Coaching in sport is the worst job. From hero to zero. Even our coaches, past and present, have been scrutinised and felt pressure from club and fans.
But this one is a shock. Even the Panthers' fans are shocked.
Nobody is privy to the whole story up there but it certainly appears Wallace has been used as a scapegoat for the current situation when the problems at that club are much deeper (culture, ownership) and historical.
Will bringing anyone in as coach make a difference now to their season? How many new players are they bringing in and how long will it take for them to make an impact?
I feel very sorry for Wallace. A hard working coach who was actually lauded by Panthers'fans in his first season. Hope he is offered another coaching position very soon.
