Even has a practice rink, imagine that for the junior teams

why not , now that would be something for wales to be proud of
and what Wales is missing a world class arena
6000 seats, concerts would be extra 4000 standing

wouldnt mind any of the rink's shown , cant seeing it being a full bowl thou. im sure it will be horseshoe design to enable concert's to be held..

I'd guess horseshoe with bar and maybe a balcony at one end.

It's how most the rinks seem to be setup. Nice to stand in the bar with a pint and watch the game.
