Can anyone point me in the direction of any amateur local ice hockey teams within the cardiff area?

A quick question, for new people interested what kind of ability is expected? I've only been skating a few months but would love just to play even if I'm not very good as I can always improve with the right people around me.

If you are just starting out then the learn to play on Wednesday and Friday is probably best for you. There is a real mix of abilities there. Its a good step into rec hockey
