Is it just nottingham that do the league/cup games combined or do other teams do it.
I have only ever seen panthers do it.

If so why only them? I
i would have thought teams like giants would do it to save journeys/money etc??

Pretty sure we have doubled up in Belfast in the past also. The arena teams come 2nd place to other events in the arenas, I suspect because an event like a band on tour will make the arena much more money than a game of hockey.

When it comes to CC games in the next round, you get the added complexity of short notice booking of the arena and picking from what is left of the availability.
