For me the name Grand Sham will always be reserved for the wage cap busting Steelers team of 2000-01.

Had to to beat what I still reckon to be Devils best team of all time. They allegedly blew through the cap by 33% and Scott Metcalfe allegedly took up semi pro league football for Chesterfield FC in his spare time. Don't remind Simmsey though. Very hazy on his Steelers history is Dave. He never did find the gold at the end of the rainbow to pay that seasons bill. Probably accounts for something currently.
