It's points percentage not win percentage.

Dundee have a 0.58 points percentage and the best the Devils can get is 0.5 by winning the two remaining games. So Dundee have qualified as they can't be overtaken in the points percentage.

Top of each group qualifies automatically with the remaining teams being ranked on their point percentage. Bottom two teams miss out on qualification.
Oh dear we need duckworth Lewis on it then. Thanks.

3000 people were there in person last night, plus those watching the Devils webcast and the Devils stunk the place out for the most part. I suspect the number of people watching tonight is considerably less and the team have played much better. It’s not rocket science to understand mate, even for the most intellectually challenged.

That’s exactly what I was going to type but couldn’t be bothered.

145 for a very disappointing loss against our biggest rivals, at a Saturday home Hell Out. 22 for a CC away game at Flames (which even with the webcast many won't watch) on a Sunday night, and with 10 mins to go (or so at the time). Get a grip.

You know you don't do yourself any favours bleating on about others 'moaning' whenever our players choose to show up. It has been explained to you many times that discussion and discourse more likely flow from defeats than they do victories (or in your case presumed victories). There are genuinely negative and grumpy people amongst our fan base, they are at one end of the spectrum of fans - and you are the extreme in the other.

If you want to go with the: always positive; Devils can do nothing wrong; have faith it'll all be OK; - way of looking at things then great. Good for you. But don't be condescending and smug when we turn up 24hrs after a very poor performance.

We all want the Devils to win. We all want them to win consistently. Performing consistently as well would be great. Beating our rivals would be even better.

You aren't portraying yourself as a 'true fan' or that you know more than anyone...it just comes across as childish.

Perhaps the whole team read the Devils v Steelers thread earlier today and all the wise comments posted by the negative experts resulted in them reflecting upon themselves and this is the result !!!!!

Credit to the team tonight, not easy to win in Guildford and to do it twice in the past week under that level of pressure is a very good effort. Let’s hope we can see some more of that effort on home ice too next week.

Not another season of home losses & fantastic away performance. Anyway onwards & upwards, at least away travel has now been revamped & back on.
