Very good win, very professional performance from the ENL boys.

The game was kept quiet due to a very experience ref being in control tonight. Also two of Invicta's fighters were both banned for this game so that didn't help if people wanted to see plenty of fights.

Shutout for Brabon and some lovely passing, shots from the team secured the win.

Great game and well supported. Best ever ENL attendance of 520
The ref did keep control which is so important. Security was apparent and segregation was well thought out - but in all fairness there was no bother with Invicta fans.

It looked at one stage in the 3rd period as if something was going on between Brabon and the Invicta fans. At one point, about a dozen or so home fans ran up one of the stairs and I really thought something was going to kick off, the stewards quickly got in front of them and it all calmed down, anyone else see this?

3 - 0 3 - 0 nil nil nil :p
There were a lot of "unusal" but "great " moments last night:-
- parking in the overflow carpark
- Having to queue to get in
- face off delayed due to large crowd
- not able to sit where you wanted
- a confined/restrained atmosphere on and off the ice
- large crowd
- some EIHA officials present (according to Dynamos forum)

What was not unusual was the teams performance. They play to win each week. Most of the time against the teams with money available. Great effort by all. Hopefully some of you who do not usually attend ENL games will make a note of future fixtures. Your support can really make a difference to the outcome of the game.

Stewarding/'security' very well organised to segregate the Invicta fans. Was expecting to be strip-searched with the increased security! And the Devils' performance soon silenced them, so little abuse or bad behaviour!

Great perfomance by the Devils - hopefully spurred on by the 500 home Red Army. Crucial win to create a cushion of points against the team immediately below them.
Bullied a bit in p1, by the time p2 arrived, the Devils had stepped up their play in both organsation and aggression. By p3, pretty much controlling the game and packing neutral/defensive zones. Invicta couldn't get going.

Amazing triple save from Brabs. Standout play from Harding, Hayes, Preece and Cameron Birrell, the latest signing. That young man looks a great prospect  - he was involved in everything, some great passing and positional play from him. Stoney and Dixie had it all under control at the back.

Would be fantastic to see that level of support for the ENL Devils every week. Crowds are growing and they deserve it.
