Would it really hurt to call it the 'England and wales' association IMO or even better the 'Wales and England' association

It works with the cricket to a degree (the idiots still won't call it the EWCB despite the fact it's the England and Wales cricket board and the team should be england and Wales - but that's for another day )

I think it's a worthwhile chat...IMO it's a shame that our most talented young players are rewarded by having to represent a country that isn't theirs if they want to progress.
