I asked Chris if i could post on here with the view of getting some support from my fellow Devil's Supporters. I can gaurantee there will be no "Poppygate scandal" and all money donated goes to "Help for Heroes". If you are in the minority that do not like to give money via the net, come see me on match night and i will have hardcopy sponsorship forms on me. (I'm one of the matchnight stewerds). Just make sure that if you donate, please tick the Gift Aid box as the governement give extra to the cause (or less tax)..not sure :lol:
"It was in Berlin in 1988 the last time i ran a marathon. Now 22 years later and half the distance, i endeavour to complete the challenge once again. Now most that know me will know i broke my leg playing icehockey and never fully recovered, so this indeed will be a major challenge and dont get me started on the weight issue!!!. I' ve chosen Help for Heroes as my charity for obvious reasons. As an Ex serviceman and Gulf War veteran, i can think of no better charity to donate to".
