The Cardiff Eagles have reached the Western Play Off final against the Army Icehawks 1st leg this Saturday (16/06/12 4.30pm face off). It was a close game when the teams last meet in the league in Cardiff with the Eagles winning 7-6 so should be an entertaining match. Entry is free so all welcome at the big blue tent this Saturday afternoon.

I'm afraid not, Eagles lost at home 6-2 but went down fighting in their away leg winning 5-4 with a short bench but loosing overall 11-7 on aggregate.

It was still the Eagles most successful season to date winning 14 of their seventeen games played so far this season with two challenge matches remaining and winning their first championship in the clubs history (the West division title).
