Contact ice rinks as they may have some second hand skates to sell off, the WNIR used to and they were good enough for beginners but then you need to know how many of what sizes you need.
Do they have to be new? Do you want figure or hockey? Do you want a certain colour?
Sometimes on ebay there are bulk sales. Try a chinese site like DHgate or Alibaba maybe they will have skates as they seem to sell almost everything else.
Buying from a shop there will always be a mark up, you'll never get wholesale as it's not worth their time and effort just to do a favour.

I've got a list of sizes, ideally hockey is what we are thinking, but a mix of both would work.
They have to be new as we have to provide receipts etc for the funding. Not bothered about colour.
Will have a nosey on eBay, I dread to think of cost of postage via a dropshipper. I once paid £150 for a transformers toy to be sent from USA because I read the listing wrong!
