Unfortunately for Frankfurt in the DEL.

Was hoping he’d be coming back to us :-(

And Brett Perlini signs for some team in the 3rd league in Germany !!!!!! Could still do a good job in the EIHL so surprised with that!
Yeah what is that Perlini move all about. I expected him to go to Nottingham or stay in Denmark/back to Norway. German 3rd tier is a strange move

German 3rd tier are throwing BIG money at players, in order to progress to DEL2, as the payment you receive for promotion is astronomical, and it’s a bit of a “death or glory” play by them, has been happening for the last few years.

Check out this guy as an example last season - https://www.eliteprospects.com/player/78111/allan-mcpherson

As Hannover used to be a DEL team I could imagine them wanting to get back. There's an awful lot of money going into the DEL at the moment with new arenas and they're hosting the world champs in a few years too.
