Apologies as I know there have been a few threads about this!
I'm interested in training/playing(I'd need alot of training!)Can any one give me info on what kit I'd need and if training is still on a Monday at Glan Taf?

Thunder is 19.30-21.00 at Glan Taff
DCF Ball Hockey Tuesdyas 19.00-21.00 in Cogan

Kit Wise.. Stick, Helmet, Gloves and a form of shin pads..
