I have to admit I think Jason Harrold has been a breath of fresh air.

He is clear on the mic and allows Todd to speak to sponsors and sort out any issues.

As above its been pre season and he hasn't done it for about 10 years. Give the guy a break.
Let's see if there is any improvement tomorrow night.....hopefully Todd will have seized the mic again and that will help massively to get the place rocking in our opening home game and Bordy's home debut. An important event.

If TK is too tied with his other responsibilities, then hand the task to that master of atmosphere, Paul Sullivan. He, like TK has a connection with the game, the moment, the crowd. You can't teach that skill to someone.

Thankgod the announcing is back in the hands of TK, the grand master of match night experience himself! How re-assuring to hear the dulcet, excited Canadian tones over the mic.....and how important they were in creating the atmosphere tonight.

A huge congratulations to Paul and his team for the choice of music and the complete reconstruction montage of the film footage, graphics and sound (including sirens!) from the past 30 years. Not only does it do justice to our great history but engages the crowd visually AND vocally before Devils hit the ice.

The new match night experience is excellent. The balloon soccer in period break was hilarious and Chuck a Puck must have broken all records. Great to see so many new sponsors getting on board. A classy touch with the additional signing session with SOHB player too.

A fantasic job by all involved. Fans can't fail to be entertained.

Excellent work last night by Paul and all involved so i can forgive him for not taking the mic.

That Kelman bloke he seems a fair stand in .

Imagine how embarassing it would have been if we had run the old intro with Hendo fighting then

started the game with him bashing our coach.
