If I'm understanding this correctly he was born in the UK and played some early hockey here, so may be GB eligible. I imagine Elite league teams will be keeping an eye on him.

Annoyingly eliteprospects don't record his junior career so impossible to tell if he has done the right number of years to make him a domestic player but as you say, if he has then his progress will be followed closely

It does mention him being an all star at u11 level, do presumably he'd have done more than one year of that. Isn't the qualification two seasons?

It states 2 years of EIHA U11 conference, should mean he classes as a Brit in the EIHL, much the same as Jackson Whistle I believe.
