Red Army Runners - Events

Red Army Runners are pleased to announce our first events

We will be teaming up with George Thomas Hospice Care in their Walk for Hope event on Sunday 7th October, 10am Start

This is a relaxed four mile sponsored walk for all ages and abilities, dogs are welcome too, it will be through Bute Park starting at The Temple of Peace, King Edward VII Avenue, CF10 3AP

All donations will be shared equally between George Thomas Hospice Care  and Red Army Runners, GTHC have designed a specific shared sponsor form which will be available for you to print yourself by contacting info@RedArmyRunners.com or a ready printed version can be collected from Gerald in Block 3 F6-9 or Eleanor in Block 2 F8.

Please let us know if you will be joining us and come wearing something Cardiff Devils or Ice Hockey themed such as your hockey shirt as GTHC would like to take a few photographs of us to put up in their shops to promote us and The Cardiff Devils.

After the walk come and join us at the Big Blue Tent to watch the NIHL1 Devils take on the Wightlink Raiders. Match Night Live coverage of the Coventry Blaze vs Cardiff Devils game will be shown on the screens at the rink.

This is a 5k fun run or 10k race again in Bute Park. You can register online at http://cardiff.mo-running.com/
Both the 5k and 10k are open to all ages and abilities, fancy dress & of course moustaches are optional. 10% of your registration fee will be donated to Prostate Cancer UK.

The Santa Jog Sunday 9th December

Starting in Cardiff Castle this is a fun 5k jog/walk through the castle grounds organised by The British Heart Foundation. 100% of your entry fee goes to BHF.

Santa suits will be provided for adults, kids & dogs are more than welcome to dress up too.We have the entry forms for this event and will be emailing them out with our newsletter in the coming weeks.
