In addition to speaking to us yesterday Devin also spoke to the guys over at Behind the Net.

Over the years Cardiff have been known for their grit, their persistence and their love for the physical aspects of the game. This coming season however it is the Coventry Blaze who are shaping up to be a crash bang hockey club, however if they are intent on bleeding blue the Devils may have found the man intent on opening the wound.

Devin Didiomete joins the welsh outfit from a career spent mainly between AHL and ECHL following four years in the OHL which resulted in being drafted by the Calgary Flames.

With a reputation of being a hard hitting, physical player who is willing to drop the gloves with anyone (despite being only 5′ 11″) this is a player who is very much on Gerard Adams wave length. We caught up with Devin to find out a bit more about him and how he feels heading into the 2012/13  season in a new country.
