This is where (forum legislation) proves problematic . The vote was deemed to be meaningful, however, as the right honourable Lord Finny has yet to instigate poll instructions to the right honourable Wannabe2, one could presume that the right honourable gentleman in question (Lord Finny) is of the opinion it was an indicative vote!

As per Section 7, part B, sub-section 14.1 of Forum Legislation, this will now likely be challenged within the High Court in Edinburgh for resolution!
