Taking the numbers as correct (i.e. not checking each one!!), based on current rosters as at 7th August the Devils numbers are:
Average age = 29.45 years
Average height = 184.64 cm (6ft and half an inch-ish)
Average weight = 88.73 kg (13 stone 11lbs)
NHL experience = 2
AHL = 1,289

Only Belfast are 'older' at 29.93 years. They also have 469 NHL and 1,306 AHL games between them. Youngest are Dundee at 24.53 years.

Manchester are only team taller (186 cm/6ft 1") but not as bulky! They are also 2nd on NHL appearances (131). Shortest team are Braehead at 179.75 cm/5ft 10.5".

Sheffield are a bit younger than us (28.77) but have 102 NHL and 2,053 AHL games between them.

Not checked KHL across the board although Edinburgh interesting as they have 57 NHL, 332 AHL plus 400 KHL.

This can all change with final announcements etc but something to think about!!

Yeah, but Sheffield only have a slightly younger average age because they signed a few schoolboys to bring it down!
These teenagers won't ice much if at all so to all intents and purposes Sheffields average age is about 83!!!

Hmmm, if you access the Belfast roster from the homepage it doesn't show Vandermeer. But via that link it does.

Wouldn't worry too much about the NHL/KHL experience thing. Some of the most dynamic players in this league have not played at that level.....and we all know who they are;) Last season, the Devils didn't do too badly did they, for a bunch of 'older' players?!
Everyone knows that success is all about skill, fitness, consistency, chemistry, mental attitude, experience of being on a winning team.
