Managed to get my tickets renewed but haven’t had no email of go card less it’s been about a week now too any one else had this problem ?

Same here. I suspect that part of the process isn't automated and Katrina is probably swamped by renewals.

The on-line system had problems and she asked those who couldn't use it to mail her. Some of us did
Presumably there have been a number of paper applications as well
Massive job - I'm not going to panic till the end of the month

Hey Guys

My apologies, the direct debit system is separate to the online ticket renewal process or paper application, so I am still working my way through. Everyone who has opted to pay by direct debit will receive confirmation via a Go Cardless notification in time for the 1st instalment on April 1st.

Has anyone received there email from go cardless yet? Renewed online on the 18tj February, but had nothing yet? I know they are busy with everything going on, just curious that's all.
