Season Ticket Renewal

First of all, I'd like to thank all of you again for your support this year. When I talked to the players when I was with them after the CC finals, almost to a man, they brought up the incredible support that the team gets - far more than any other team in our league. That will also play a key role in bringing back the vast majority of the team next year for those concerned about committing to tickets without knowing what kind of product we will ice for next year. You need not be concerned.

Secondly, I appreciate the feedback on the seasons ticketing process (yes, even yours Jimmy ;) ). Obviously there are certain things that we just cannot be completely certain about at this stage given the status of the new arena. The only thing that I can promise is that Todd will do his very best to be fair to everyone and he will certainly be open to listening. Todd has developed a reputation for being extremely focused on even the smallest details and on customer service and that reputation is well earned. Now...does that mean that every single season ticket holder will be 100% happy with the outcome? Of course not. That is simply impossible. But at the end of the day, the new arena is going to offer an excellent experience for everybody and I don't believe that there will be any exceptionally poor outcomes for any season ticket holder given the wide selection of seats that people will have.

With all of that being said, the most important thing about the new arena is how we're going to decorate it. We already have one very handsome piece to hang at the new arena. A couple more starting this weekend and ending on April 5th would be a welcome addition.

LET"S GO DEVILS!

Cheers,

Steve

Considering how many games we get in the package and the type of team we're likely to have on the ice next season, I'm more than happy to renew my season ticket. In fact, I was so happy to renew, that's exactly what I did this morning when I popped down to drop off my application!

Here's to a great final couple of weeks, and an amazing new season coming up!

Thanks to everyone involved in making this club great again

Now that's a response! Cheers for that steve. I think you've allayed any fears i may have had there. I just wanted some clarity. Between yourself and chris (and jody to be fair ) i think a lot of the stuff i was concerned about have been smoothed my beer fueled feathers

i like the bit about decorations. That tent is going to be in melt down if it goes our way this weekend so i hope their getting a move on with our new gaf!

Not completely convinced that the 10% saving is worth it on a pure financial basis as I work one Saturday evening a month, and cant attend every game, but sent my form off today regardless. Looking forward to next season already.

I would definitely buy a season ticket if I didn't live so far away. I would definitely buy a DevilsTV streaming season ticket if one was available.

For the first year in awhile I have no reservations about booking my 3, how could I have. My club is on a crest of a wave, the same wave that was drowning us last year. Now we are all riding it together and bring on the surf I say. This statement is fact our beloved club is in the best hands since we began, I know because like others I have met them all, and our present guys take the biscuit hands down. If we won Jack all this season I have had value for money, but we have exceeded that. 3 new season tickets please and thank you.
Happy Hockey Days.

I would like to think that Todd or Steve have not been giving information to people who are standing ticket season holders getting priority over seated season ticket holders. This would be a very unfair way of doing it. I have sat near enough in the middle of the rink, back row for 20 odd years and whilst I know I'm not entitled to any priority, then neither should a standing season ticket holder get any priority over me. So I would not expect to not be able to sit in the back row, near the middle because some of the standing season ticket holders quite fancy them seats!

I'm sorry standing season ticket holders are being forced to move half way through a season but I can't understand how a fair option would be to move everyone else out of their seats half way through a season to cater for those who have to move because of giving them priority. That would be chaos. If seats are taken they're taken. Chucking more people out of their seats surely doesn't make any sense, it wouldn't be a solution & will cause double the amount of people to be unhappy because of having to move. Have a nice day;-)

Renewing my season tkt. No issues. Don't understand all the grizzling going on. None of us know where we will be sitting. Only request. Chilliee if you do decide to get a season tkt. Don't sit next to us boring gits! Over this season we have had the pleasure of newbies sitting in front of us and been happy to help with questions about the rules and the team. Also a couple relocate to our side as the atmosphere was to their liking. Our two block 3 and 4 get on great.
Here's to a whole lot more great nights next season in the BBT and the new Rink. Best part of 900 more seat to please everyone!

Likewise. I said in October I'd already had value for money & it's just got better since then. ST application already handed in.

I phoned the office last week to establish where I need to go to submit my ST. I was advised to simply hand it into reception at the rink. I did so and followed up with an email to the info@cardiffdeveils.com to seek acknowledgement of my ST. Not received anything back yet. I hope my application has made its way to them.

I raised a query with them about season tickets when the were first announced and followed up with a phone call 2-3 weeks ago but still not heard back about my query. Jamie did tell me that they were not processing any season ticket applications at that point - just collecting them in until things had quietened down in the office.
