Olischefski for me is a perfect third liner, but that’s it. Both Nottingham and Sheffield will upgrade their rosters this season, especially their top six. We need to do the same considering we’ve had a price hike in season tickets
Season tickets price hike had nothing to do with the squad. It was for maintanance etc

fact 1 prices will go up year on year it won't close the gap.
fact 2 arena teams will always have the pull for players to play Infront of big crowds and wages, and possibility of winning titles

fact 3 cardiff have a reputation of good working environment , sell out crowds. even if it is a smaller arena
players well looked after , and competitive ability and track record of achieving titles.

for me it doesn't matter if a player moves on, so long that their time with the club, they gave 100%
at the end of the day they have family's to feed and achievements to achieve.

No player is bigger than the club, if a guy wants to go then bye bye we move on and replace them. We ain’t talking about NHL players here, no world beaters, for 40 yrs we have replaced players and will continue to do so. We have our favourites, but new favourites are just around the corner.

And those players we signed in past we never heard of and turned out to be gems, plenty out there , just finding the right ones and usually we come up trumps with recruiting, can't remember the last player we gassed only fournier, not the real one I may add.

Interesting that we slated Peter but taking action in coaching young sportsman is a little under the radar.
As with everyone, there’s Pete the man and Pete the coach. Criticism generally surrounded his coaching but I don’t think anyone criticised him as a person.
