Queues at the Rink

Arriving at the rink with an hour to go it was like a throwback to the 1980s, queues round the block to get in.... then we were told that there would be a delay to face off due to the queues, yet the crowd, whilst good, was hardly a sell out.

Any idea what was going on?

People collecting season tickets I guess?????

Season tickets plus a whole load of people desperate for their hockey fix (and to see the new team) and turning up as soon as the doors will open.

They also seem to have stopped entry via the "collection" doors, having said all that it was still impressive...
