No to first question, yes to the second.

After the QFs there is effectively a re-draw based on the original seedings.
SF1: Highest Seed v Lowest Seed
SF2: 2nd highest Seed v 3rd highest seed.

But it does mean that if ourselves and Belfast get through to the Semi-Finals we are kept apart until the final.
