Has anyone else tried to obtain a refund on their ST?

I suppose more to the point has anyone actually been successful? I have had unreturned calls, unreturned emails and also broken promises (i.e. cash will be in your bank account at such a such a date and then nothing). It has been going on for weeks!

Anyone else had a similar experience? have you resolved it?

Yes I have had the money back it took a while and I didn't have any replies to my e-mails but after I put the form in (get it from the desk by skate hire) it took about 2 weeks for it to go back into my bank.

Don't forget to let them know 2 weeks before the date you can't attend.
