I'm not that pessimistic. At worst it will roll on as is. To devalue the asset in their books or to simply write it off looks as if it would create too big a hole in Greenbank's balance sheet
 
I'm not pessimistic, just look at the timeline from WNIR, through BBT to current IAW it does not demonstrate much of an appetite for the future. Add the build issues, lack of facilities and lack of any interest from the current owners. Greenbank are not going to recoup any monies from the business this millennium on wet sales and skating. Now had the council or Greenbank submitted planning for a permanent parking facility on the plenty of nearby waste land, ld be less pessimistic.
