Hello hello, this Saturday the Devils take on the Nottingham Panthers for the first time this weekend.

We’ve not had a chance to do our usual preview this week but we’d suggest that to find out how the Panthers got on last weekend in Europe you check out Cats Whiskers TV right here and for their Mid-week game against the Caps you can take a look at Panthers TV here

For a round up on all things Devils we’d suggest our very own Inferno TV here or you know any form of more credible reporting you can think of anywhere else.

We will be running the “ridiculously childish and disgustingly biased” and “Pantomime Script” like Match Night Live service for this game, expect name calling, slurs and one eyed bias in epic proportions, at the usual location of http://www.the-inferno.co.uk/mnl

We’ll be updating you live from the Inferno “News desk” at the rink thanks to the great guys at Analysis Technologies. If you’d like to chip in with a comment or make a score prediction you can contact us at matchnightlive@gmail.com

Due to Premier Sports being in town we will be without Devils TV for this Saturday’s game.

really hoping the guys have the confidence to play as they did last weekend, it would be great to pick up 4points. I think salters and possibly punchbag if hes playing, may try to upset the likes of plumton, marsh and try to get them to drop the mitts if we are controlling the games I know panthers are short benched but still a possibility maybe?.

I'd be happy if we took 2 points this weekend. 4 would be perfect but 2 at home would be great. They'll have the 2 bans completed after Saturday so will have 2 D men back in the squad and in their own barn, it's always going to be a difficult task. Here's hoping for an entertaining weekend of hockey at least. Plus would be great to have a good game Saturday as it is being shown live and couldatract fans to come to future games.

K-Wall and Bob Wren not playing this weekend it seems

http://www.panthers.co.uk/content/injur ... ig-weekend

Robert Lachowicz is expected back in the line-up for this weekend's action against the Cardiff Devils.

Sunday's home game (sponsored by Bricks for Kids) will be the second meeting in as many nights between the two sides. The first on Saturday in Wales is being screened live on Premier TV.

Lacho will hopefully be joined in the line-up by Robert Farmer who flies back from his bid to play in the East Coast League with Alaska Aces today and is due to land in the UK on Saturday morning. Arrangements have been made to take him straight to Cardiff for Saturday's game. His home league debut will be on Sunday if everything goes to plan.

The double British addition to Wednesday's squad is seen as a big boost for the GMB Panthers who will still be without two imports through suspension.

And on Sunday there's a real chance that Eric Werner, who broke his leg at the start of the campaign, could be available also.

Craig Kowalski and Bob Wren are still out through injury.

If anyone is wondering why, no normal intro or tv screens tonight at the request of Premier Sports

Hoping Hanson takes a look at Jensen's hit on Davies. Surely deliberate check to the head?

Amazing game so far!

Fantastic result against a huge club who are not used to being bossed or out skilled.

Wonderful performance by the whole roster tonight and I couldn't be more thrilled for our players, who are showing what we all thought since the Spring signings started - that this was a team capable of winning any night, against any team, and that they could certainly make the BBT a horrible place to visit once more.

They were never going to have a run of form or results like they had earlier this year once again, and it is great to seem them scoring goals and winning battles.

Dan LaCosta has shown in the past two weeks just why he was such a fantastic signing, with big expectations. Also he has shown just what a difference to an EIHL team a fit and firing starting goalie makes to your results. Likewise, the Panthers experienced this in reverse tonight.

Well done to the team we are all very pleased and proud.
