20/20 not going ahead

I e-mailed the Arena this is the response:
Dear Customer,


Due to scheduling reasons beyond the control of the promoter and the venue the 20/20 Hockeyfest event has been cancelled.



As a ticket booker through the Motorpoint Arena Box Office we would like to inform you of our procedures regarding the cancellation of this show.


In order to obtain a refund, please return your tickets to the point of purchase as soon as possible.

Please note that refunds can only be given upon production of the original ticket and that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment e.g. credit card to credit card. If you booked by credit card please ensure your card is still valid – if not please let us know in a covering letter when returning the tickets and we will refund you by cheque. Cash refunds will only be issued to the original ticket purchaser and identification will be required.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Should you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact the Arena Box Office on 0114 256 5656.

Because everyone knows Sheffield is the centre of the Universe. If they can't host it, no one can. Would have been nice to see it at Manchester though and I'd even be up for attending a 20/20 arranged by and for the EPL.
