Devils head to the grim desolation of Sheffield Sunday afternoon to kick off our league campaign. Steelers have already set out their stall pre-season injuring as many Panthers as possible so should be a feisty affair.

3-1 Devils win, McNally levels Connolly, and Carruth finishes him off, pretty feisty affair with Louis and Armstrong dropping the gloves, with Armstrong wishing he hadn’t. Entertaining game with a great road win.

The best thing that Steelers could do is raise that banner and then face us, we will wipe that smile off their face big time. Red rag to bull I reckon, great idea Steelers.

A pre-season warm up series isn't areally a fair assessment of how teams will play when they get down to the serious business. Steelers lost to Panthers last week in a warm up game but we're missing a fair few players.
It will be a game of putting down markers. Hope our Guys play the right way. Never mind the rough stuff. It's the W that's important.... and no injuries or suspensions.

Absolutely correct the win is the main priority, but if we can win, and beat the crap out of them all the better. If we were at home winning this game and whipping their arse at the same time our roof would be in Penarth, so let’s do it in the house of rust, why not let’s put the marker down pretenders you are just that pretenders.

Can’t wait, absolute barn stormer of a test, if our A game is there, this’ll be the day we show it. Skalde and the team will be fully aware of this game, owners in town, there are points to prove and ground to be marked for both teams.

This will be a massive game, worth the fuel queues that’s for dam sure........

Not much PS can do about the camera positions in the big arenas though, Nottingham is just as bad.
That’s a crap excuse. They can build a temporary gantry further down for one game.

Not even a scoreboard and they just put a commercial break during a pp whilst in the puck was in play.

Paid for service mind…

Fair comment about the scoreboard, maybe that's why the start of the programme was delayed trying to get it sorted ?
Who knows...
