That's true. Looking at the league table Blaze and Storm are tied on 43 points with Storm way ahead on wins in regulation.

I think a trip to Altrincham might be on the cards.

I was thinking the same. Can't see blaze beating Sheffield so I guess we will have storm in the 1/4 finals

Surely a conflict of interests? or am I being too obtuse? But then again not unusual given the Elite League structure and lack of Impartial CEO or MD, ie not one of the member clubs owners.

prob right as sheffield got nought to play for, they will rest players for the playoffs as with nottingham ..manchester will win comfortable on weekend...

Hmmmm but if they don't then they play Nottingham in the quarters, if they win then they might get a slumping Fife team.... can't see them tanking.
