I did read over that, I would just suggest you add in to buy train tickets via CD and not OBB for better prices; don't go to Hradec by bus as they're in frequent and take longer; and also the train to Graz doesn't go through Germany :D

You're very welcome :) I meant to add - EV Zug play Eisbaren Berlin on the day in between your games in Salzburg & Bern. Zug is only a 30 minute ride from Zurich, game starts at 19:45. So if you wanted to take an earlier train and see some other teams, it's a good option.

I can't give you as much guidance this year as you don't have a Czech team, but I used to live in Austria so am familiar with going to Salzburg. The Munich + Train option is a really good shout, and actually that's easier than going to Vienna or somewhere & taking the train from there...

Quite correct, I'd forgotten the game was so early. Busses run until 9pm back to Prague so it would be do-able.

Czech food is really heavy - it's meat and then either potatoes or dumplings for most of the traditional stuff. Obviously you'll get very decent beer here (shame Pilsen aren't back this season, could have toured the brewery before the game!), and then you've got the local shot things like Slivovice.

So... :D The simplest & cheapest way from Prague to Liberec is to take a Bus (they call it a bus, I'd call it a coach) from Cerny Most station in Prague (end of the yellow metro line) to Liberec, run by a company called 'Student Agency'. Don't let the name put you off, they're used by everyone...
